Celebrating the New Year and my 100th Post with Pink Champagne Cookies!!!!

Little C and Mr. SBQ like the cookies. I will have to try them again, now that I am removed from the work of making them. There are not a lot of ingredients, but they have a little extra work than a normal cookie.
We had these and mint whoopie pies for our New Year's Eve dinner party dessert. The whoopie pies are an old recipe that I just tried - I am very pleased with the results and will make them again to blog about.
